Working together for those affected by bowel disorders

enteric - the Bowel Function Healthcare Technology Co-operative - is piloting innovative ways in which to bring together patients, carers, doctors, scientists and industry to develop new technologies, treatments and devices in the field of bowel disorders.

Part of the National Institute for Health Research, enteric is based at Barts and The London NHS Trust and School of Medicine and Dentistry in the East End of London, UK and, together with associated groups in Birmingham, Bristol, Durham, Edinburgh, Hull, Oxford and Manchester, aims to provide a national resource for innovation and health improvement in this often neglected clinical area.
